Not a real company — will not fulfill order, reply to e-mail or answer phone

This company lists its physical location as New Jersey, but I have no confirmation it actually exists at the location shown on it's web page.

We were impressed with the details on the web page that made these hard-to-order parts easy-to-order. A confirmation e-mail was sent, but when we replied and then called to see when to expect the parts, we got no response. Another internet search showed that others had had problems with the company.

So far, frustration but no financial impact for us. Here's a vote to use "shop safe" numbers if available from your credit card company. These allow you to use a credit card number to shop on the internet without revealing your actual credit card number (a single use, specified limit number is issued). This limits your exposure to fraud or security issues.
