We are insulted that a company with the banner God Bless America and Our Troops would live rent free for 10 months at the expense of a military family serving in remote locations.
Failed to pay them any rent for several months while they (the military family) agonized over putting this family and their sons on the street. They may not have been concerned with the trauma this would be for their own sons, but the owner's were.
To top it all off, when given a court order to pay the rent they did not. Even more, when given a court order to leave the property they did not forcing this family to spend even more of their hard earned money to physically evict you.
Of course, they removed their valuables to a pod storage container, but left a garage and house full of garbage behind, trashed furniture behind, and THEIR DOGS! Who then defecated all over the carpet in the master bedroom. Who does this? Don't even pay the rent and then use the house for a pet kennel?
Now they even have to have the well water tested because the tenant placed the sump pump house over the well and used it to pump out the chemicals from the cleaning company. What was the goal here, to make the house uninhabitable for them when they return home?
You owe in excess of $13,500 in past due rent alone. This does not include all the other expenses this family incurred while you sponged off of them. On your rental application form you stated that you make in excess of $7,000 a month, but you can't pay your rent?
God Bless the Troops by paying your rent deadbeats!!!
