I ordered a $100 item from The Home Store on May 3... I haven't received the item and have been charged for it on the credit card. I have sent many e-mails and have attempted to call them with no response. The phone mail box is always full and yesterday it said the telephone number was disconnected.
I searched the internet to look for the same item and found it at Priority Store, 13776 Research Blvd. #125, Austin, TX 78750 - Tel.# (512) 219-1439 and fax # (512) 918-8723 and email address: [email protected]. Before I ordered I called the number and their mail box was full. I have sent 2 emails with no response.
I believe The Home Store and Priority Store are operated by the same people and both are ripping people off. I also wonder how many other stores they might be operating.
