This puny little man has changed the name of his business numerous times to avoid having to honor warranties. He tells people he has been in business since 1982, however this particular business, Window Expo, has only been in business for a few years. I'm sure he will change the name again as needed.
He has no Insurance, and he is not bonded, like he tells people.
He sells one brand of window, yet delivers another. If you don't ask, and don't confirm, you won't know.
He advertises a $224 window, but by the time he adds on everything else, this $224 window will be no where to be found.
Not only does he lie to his customers, but he lies to his employees. He is a little bitty man who lies, cheats and steals to get by in life.
If you purchase products and services from this guy, you will probably never, ever see him again, when your project is screwed up. And yes, he will threaten you. I guess it's that Napolean complex.
