National Home Protection will do nothing but be unresponsive or give an unending string of excuses, no return messages of any sort - extreme delays in responding, if at all. They collect an 'annual fee' up front, then do nothing but abuse and neglect their customers and contractors. They deny ALL claims. I'm not certain how they avoid lawsuits and consumer protection agencies. There are too many of these complaints and repeated, bad practices for this company to survive. Please tell anyone/everyone to not do business with this company, it is only a source of stress and frustration. Please save others from this horrible experience.
