C Monmaney Contracting - CPM's Professional Painting
Trying to hide from the public while still trying to steal their money

I am writing about C Monmaney Contracting, better known as CPM's Professional Painting. I heard that the prior owners to CPM's Professional Painting Chris and Laura Monmaney shut the doors on CPM's Professional Painting after nearly 5 years of screwing over the public, and workers. The NEW company is called C Monmaney Contracting, but the only thing that did change was the name. The company is in his mothers name (Karen Monmaney) I hear, but is still ran by Christopher and Laura Monmaney.

To my understanding from the sources at the New Hampshire Department of Labor (which are open to the public) they had been brought to the labor board this past February 27 by their brother for the amount of $839.00 and lost. It is pretty sad that they could not even pay their own family, so I guess the rumor is true about them not paying their help if they can't even pay their own brother. That is not the only one bringing them to the labor board, I hear that no less then six others are as well. If they do not pay their employee's then where is all the thousands of dollars going we are paying to have our homes worked on? I also heard from a good friend of mine who is Chris' uncle that he is taking them to court as well for many missed hours.

To get away from being brought to the labor board and all these court hearings he is trying to file bankruptcy and take the cowardly way out and close the doors on his old company, and have his mommy start a new business and let him run it so he can get out of being sued. Now Karen Monmaney wife to Tom Monmaney Sr. (ex owner of Monmaney's Master Painters) are now living in subsidized housing because they had lost their home due to Chris not paying his father for a short period of time so he went to work for his other son at Twin State Painting who was paying him around $1,500.00 a week until December of the same year (5 months later) his father screwed him over and went back to work for Chris. Now that they live in subsidized housing they can only make a certain amount of money per a month to live in. So being that they claim the social security check Tom gets (even though he is now working for C Monmaney Contracting) They cant claim what Chris was paying him UNDER THE TABLE in cash at C.P. M's Professional Painting. That way they can make over $6,000.00 a month and live in subsidized housing.

Now that Karen has a business in her name that has hats made up for the company, they are trying to say it is a non-profitable company, which has to be a lie, considering James Monmaney, Douglas Jones, Tom Monmaney Sr. And Chris Monmaney all went out putting fliers in peoples paper boxes, and not to mention the estimates that Tom has been doing for the company, and the hats they had made for C Monmaney Contracting. To get around the housing Tom and Karen live in, they get paid under the table, not paying any taxes, and not claiming it to their landlord.

So just so the public in The Upper Valley know, C Monmaney Contracting is C.P. M's Professional Painting just under a new name to get around law suites, and ex workers bringing them to the labor board. I can't see any reason the public should not know about our business owners in The Upper Valley, especially if they are taking our money and not paying their workers, when their workers do the work, because Chris nor Tom do any of the work, but yet they take the money and split it between the two of them (under the table) leaving their workers unpaid and the home owners unhappy.
