Lost our order twice, Then got it Wrong, No accountability, No Concern for our deadline, No apology, Terrible Phone Waits. Burbank, CA

We placed a telephone order for two items that never got processed.

We called it in again and they sent a Customer Credit Card Authorization Form which we had to fill out and fax back. Still no acknowledgment, no receipt. I called and navigated the sappy, insulting phone tree and got someone who couldn't find our order in their computer. I called back and got a manager who had me fax another Form to him. Still no acknowledgment or receipt, even after he sais he'd handle it personally. I called to find out the fax never arrived due to "no toner in the machine". I call again to see who I can yell at, and find out that they got our order wrong.

Meanwhile, our contractor is waiting for these items and our kitchen is a wreck. It has been 20 days since we first tried to place our order, and still nothing has worked.
