The company employ individuals who are careless & clueless when it comes to securing your furniture & personal items. They broke & damage various items & couldn't even be bothered to apologize. A night stand dresser was shattered when it fell off the dolly while being taken down three flight of stairs. The idiot had stacked it on top of another one without using a bungy cord or anything to secure the dressers! Tore mattress cover upon slamming it into a wall & breaking a light fixture outside. Items in the truck were damaged while driving due to them not properly beeing secured.
Submitted claim & been approved by their adjuster located out of state to have check issued but never received one from the moving company. It's been 2 1/2 months since the claim been approved! The phone reps give us the run around & won't let us speak to the owner of the company Eryk Aboukia who has failed to return our phone calls.
