Made order may have not recieced cabinet and they have blocked their web site to me mexico

I placed an order for a conner cabinet May 30. The last i have heard form them was Sept. 15 that my piece was completed and shipping was being arranged.
I have tried to contact them but I am blocked from their website, I emailed them it was un deliverable, and the phone # is not working. I guess that is just the way it is. But I am not happy at all with them. They advertise 8 to 10 weeks delivery, it has now been 9 months and no word at all.
