I bought an above ground pool from Atlantis Pools last Spring. They installed the pool and we had water trucked in to fill it.
You can imagine my surprise when I came home from work the following day and discovered my pool was empty. The liner had split and my neighbors plants sure got a good drink.
We contacted the pool company and waited for them to get us a new liner. Once that was installed we had to refill the pool. We asked that we be reimbursed for the water we had lost. Multiple attempts were made to resolve this and we never get a straight answer. They don't return phone calls or emails. When we do get them on the phone it's always..."We have to wait for the liner company to respond"
We lost $300.00 and advise anyone dealing with them to remember how we were treated.
