I sold TWO homes at once through one of the worst agents I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Completely clueless, I lost over $100K with his terrible advice and even the title company urged me to press charges however at that time I was asked by mutual friends not to.
I urge anyone that cares about their equity to stay away from this agent. Que Shahlaie, at Keller Williams. He gives all agents a terrible name. You have been warned. I have heard many numerous bad remarks about this particular agent as he tends to rush people into action only looking out for his bottom line/commission.
This is a small world and because we share mutual friends I have heard other horror stories. If he cheats his friends and gives advice tilted to HIS favor what will he do to a stranger?
Youve been warned. I am making it a mission to blanket every review board about this person and have warnings such as this come up whenever his name is entered on Google or any search engine.
I would give him ZERO stars as a rating except his board requires at least one.
