Charged double the retail price for parts

These guys are something else, we called them in to repair HVAC, they said our thermostat was bad, we purchased a quality Honeywell from them ($400.00), after all we sent around $100.00 for the one they were replacing just one year ago. No problem,

Low and behold, this was not the problem and I called them back out to repair the unit (another chance).

I told them that I would like my old thermostat back because it was not the problem. The tech proceeded to tell me that there would be a 30% restocking charge and a service charge a reinstallation charge to put the old one back, so another words $200.00.

I looked the thermostat up on the internet and discovered that the retail price for the one he sold me was $199.00 (stupid me)

In short, this company is a ripoff... So beware...
