Several years ago, I purchased thermal replacement windows, an entry door and a patio door from Rolox.
I now have problems with the trim on the entry door and the rollers on the patio door.
Rolox says that these doors were manufactured by other companies which are no longer in business and parts to repair them are not available.
I will never consider purchasing anything from Rolox again.
