Placed an order for dining room set on 10/18/07 with half a depost of $2438.64. I was told approximately 3 months by Neil who said this would be the worst case scenario. He was supposed to send me financing info and never did. This was handled by someone in the office on November 23rd as he did not return phone calls.
Called January 16 to check on order and was called back by Natasha and told the order would ship the first week of February with a delivery the week of the 18th or 25th.
Called 212-645-2524 at least three times on February 15 to check and the telephone rings about 5 times and disconnects. Found the 800 # on-line and the same thing happened. Checked their website and part of it works and part of it was hacked.
Called again totay, 2/16 and still no answer. Checked the Better Business Bureau and saw many complaings then I started to google and found this site with more complaints. And now here I am joing the rest of you. Why are these companies allowed to get away with this?
