We Called Buy Owner as a last resort. Bad idea they sent the smoothest talking middle aged female salesperson to our home within 1.5 HRS. She was ready w/the different price plans etc... YES price plans. They want their money on the sport for the ADVERTISING (what advertising???)! That we could do ourselves (OR YOURSELVES) We wanted to do the no money down and the 3% PAY PLAN.
THEY SET US UP W/MLSREALITY & WE HAD TO SIGN A 1 YEAR CONTRACT. THEY NEVER CHANGED OUR PRICE UPDATES, WHEN WE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM (THIS TOOK REPEATED ATTEMPTS) ABOUT THERE BREECH IN CONTRACT they failed to call back, not to mention their OFFICES ARE IN TAMPA 50 MILES AWAY! They new nothing about our area! The MLSrealty is a joke w/rude people, a lien on your home, and a big fat headache!!!
To make a really long story short don't do it. There is a million web sites offering free advertising for real estate, do that instead (no contracts to sign) please!
Google (free by owner advertiseing) etc...
