I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with this woman, Jennifer Vinson. I ordered the vintage apron on July 31. I paid for it and received a confirmation e-mail that it was paid for and being shipped. I then never received it. I was able to get a number at that time (no longer available) and phoned and actually spoke with Ms. Vinson. She told me that she was going through a separation and would run a mail search on it immediately. I didnt' hear from her for a while and then she sent me an e-mail saying that she was going to run the search. After that I never heard back. I tried e-mailing her again in the early fall but received an e-mail saying that she was having computer problems. That same e-mail is still the response you get when you try and email the site. Her personal e-mail address which she had used on a couple of occassion is no longer active. Her site is still up and running and has new things on it. It has a place on the site to e-mail if you have questions. I have tried that 2-3 times and continue to get the same "computer problems - back on Nov. 13". I've asked simply for either my money back or a substitute. I don't feel like I"m being unreasonble and it's not like her store has gone under. I just can't understand why she is avoiding me. She's obviously in business and selling to people.
