I purchased this warranty in Sept 07 and my heat went out. They sent some one out here using one of my free service calls and within a month I had the same problem. They won't let me use the other service call. They are telling me information that I was not told when I purchased the warranty. I purchased it for 3 years and requested a refund and that is when they told me they don't give them. I still have not received any paperwork and their customer serivce is extremely rude. They have yelled at me and told me what I will and will not do. Also, they keep transfering me to a line for a supervisor by the name of Michael Moore and I never get a return call, they will say the supervisors are in a meeting, or they are not avaliable. It has been 4 days and I still do not have any heat. I have talked to 7 different people and non of them are helpful nor are willing to get someone to help me.
