Paid for merchandise and still no product 5 months late

In Aug. Of 2007 I paid for over $2,000.00 of Daltile flooring. Since I am in the hurricane Katrina affected area of Louisiana I asked if I could pick up the tile at a later date. I was told "Yes anytime".in Dec. I attempted to pick up the tile from the local distribution ofc. And I was told there was no such order ever made from Flooring2you. I have attempted to contact them at least^ times a day for over a week and a half now. I have lsent numerous emails and still get no answer. I am also pursuing charges through the Detroit MI Police Dept.
