Worldmark By Wyndham - Wyndham - Casablanca - Worldmark - Casablanca Express - Kevin B. Siegelbaum Got scammed into buying a time share and a trip to las vegas that don't exsist obviously!

I was called and notified I had won the drawing I had entered at a local mall. I was told I had won a free vacation to Las Vegas and all expenses were paid.
To get this free trip we had to go to Garden City, Utah and attend a orientation about the trip. Me and my boyfriend traveled to Garden City, Utah on November 23 to attend the orientation and got all these great offers but it all came with a price. We ended up buying into some kind of a timeshare and ended up giving them $194.00 as a down payment for the timeshare.

We then went back home and discussed our finacial situation and decided we were uncapable of keeping up with the payments they had offered us and I called the number on the card that Kevin B. Siegalbaum had given me at the orientation and told him we would like to cancel and he would not accept the fact that we wanted to cancel and after arguing he told me I had to write a letter to a certain person but he did not have the address on hand. I found all the addresses in the books he gave me that had to do with cancellation and sent a letter to wyndham resort development corporation attn: contract processing 9805 Willows Road Redmond, WA. 98052 notifying them of my cancellation.

I waited a couple of weeks for a response and there was no response so I tried calling his phone numerous times and there was never an answer. I figured it was a scam when my phone calls were not being returned and I was receiving no response because it was too good to be true and they wanted a "small portion" of money to get what we wanted in return and now here we sit wondering if our credit and identity are going to be messed with and ruined and so on and so forth.
