In jan. 2000 my husband bought a mobile home we had a 6 week old baby an had just gotten married i was so very young we put the mobile home on his fathers land wich has already had a mh there before so all the water an powerline exc was already there well where do i begin the wireing was all messed up we had to call our local electric co many time to come an fix wireing that had all been wrong. Well about 2 years later we had our second child an the trailer was only 2 bedrooms so we needed more space at first we made do with what we had but shortly there after his parents who lived next door had gotten to move in to the house they had been building so we jumped at the oupt to move since it was a 3 br house we continuted to make payment for the last 7 years resently money has gotten tight an weve fallen a payment behind green tree has been calling my husband at work harrasing him telling him if he dosnt make a payment right then they will forclose on the mobile home even though as of today we are 45 days late on the payment he works outof state on a drilling rig an we rarley get to even see each outher he called me friday an asked me to call them pack an explain on the 11th that last months an this month payment will be made the man on the phone got nasty an told me if i didnt send the money they would forclose right now now mind u its was 353 pm an they needed the money by 400pm my husband in in a different state an im at home with my 2 small childern with mabe 50 bucks to my name untill my husband get home. So i say sir there is no way i can make the payment untill the 11th he starts yelling at me an telling me he must have it to day an actuaily asked me what we did with our money from last pay day he was still yelling at me by this time im so mad im crying an i say i know dam well it would take longer then 7 days to come out an repo our mh wich we havent lived in in 3 yrs he starts yelling at me telling me not to cuss hime i say sir i was not cussing u if i was gonna cuss u you would know it an then he say excuse u i say no excuse u an tell him he needs to get over his self wich at this point this hole deal has gone all wrong an im balling infront of my kids an he says well im just gonna forclose your loan right now an you will have to pay all the outher charges an hanges up on me well i gather my self enuf to call my husband who was tripping pipe about 60 ft in the air so he cannot talk to calm me down he says to call em back an ask to sppek with someone else so i call back an a woman anwsers the phone an basicly - any yelling at me tells me that the payment must be made right away an even asked me if i could barrow the money from my parents an tells me that they are forcloseing my mobile home an the payments are only 45 days late its not like im 4 or 5 monts behind im not even a full 2 monts behind an i can never get caught up with these people if i think im cought up they tell me im still behind in 7 yrs ive paid 29,800.00 a 25,000. My balance is 23,918.69 im am so ready for this nighmare to be over think god our home an land is owned by his father an by the way this is only my last incountered by theses people have harrased us for 7 yrs like this calling late 7 days aweek an calling my husband at work even though they were told not to his job is dangerious an they need to leave him alone at work
