Dave is the president of this construction company. He has taken 18 months to build our home which should have taken 8 months. We have had to have our basement remediated for mold-due to his poor judgement in putting drywall in a damp area before it was dry.
He had non-licensed people (those laid off of their regular jobs) put on our roof and it has to be replaced and our driveway and patio are a mess. He is not a licensed roofer. He is certainly not a concrete person. He is not credible and has no real staff. He is not bonded either.
He can design very well but does not recognize his limits and has no remorse when he makes errors. He should have been a used car salesman.
