We paid $4,000 for custom blinds to be installed in our home. Only part of them were installed and some were defected. I called the owner of A Plus Interior about (25) times and he wouldn't return my phone calls. Finally, when I did speak with him, he told me we was going to show-up "tomorrow" and finish the job and replace the damaged blinds. He blew me all (8) times that he said he would show-up, didn't show or call, and when I would call him he wouldn't pick-up my phone call. I am extremely frustrated. He lye to us took our money, didn't finish the job and made us wait for him during regular business hours, affecting our work schedule and never showed-up or call.
He also, is sending out via mailo false advertisement. We received a coupon of $100.00 off and he refused to let us use this coupon... He said it was old.
The coupon had no expiration date.
Please put him off of business... Dishonest and took our $4,000 without finish the job.
