Bought a home warranty that covers refridgerators when purchasing house last month. Refridgerator died last Thursday, and home warranty company is refusing to pay for it.
They are trying to say it was caused by an act of GOD, a lightning strike. Well, my house was not stuck by lightning. Nothing else is broken, not my A/C, TV, or computer.
Lost all my food - at least $300.00 worth, and I am living out of a cooler. The technician who came to look at it said the compressor was dead, and that it would be $600 to fix. That's when they started with the ACT OF GOD lies.
