My husband and I purchased a little lighting McQueen power wheels for my son for Christmas and was going to purchase the warranty at all. So when we got to the register the cashier was trying to sell us the warranty and we were told that if he grew out of his car that they would give us what we paid for the car to upgrade to another one so we purchased the warranty on those terms. Now that my son has grown out of the car we are being told that they have never had that policy. And now the car is broken and from what I am reading about the warranty issues it looks like we are gonna have problems getting the replacement of the original car as well. I will never purchase something like this fromthem ever again.
