Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I found an advertisment in a magazine for fast growing trees, since I live in the country I am always looking for good land scaping ideas. I ordered 3 trees form this Gardner's choice. They cashed my check & i did receive my "trees". They came wrapped in a box in my mail box. I live in Texas the temp. Was 95 deg. The so called "trees" were more than just wilted they were dead. I did try to water the plants but they did not survive. I felt I was scammed for my $12.95.
