We purchased a sectional couch from the the show room stock and requested that it be delivered, so far so good. We paid in full for the furniture delivery ($60.00) a 5 year unconditional warrenty (yea right). The couch was delivered on Saturday as they said, the only problem was that it was NOT what we purchased, They substituted an inferior look alike style and of course the service department is closed on Saturday for any problems. They told us we would have to contact service on Monday. Okay. We waited and we are still waiting. They have told us three times so far that they are bringing the right furniture and so far they have not followed thru * THREE TIMES* They have been very rude to us over the phone and in the stores. We are still waiting. I have filed a greivance with my credit card and a complaint with the Federal Trade commission, http://www.ftc. Gov/ftc/consumer/home.html
and I will fill out a complaint anywhere and every where that I can. I hope they may keep someone else from being RIPPED OFF!
