The Kirby saleman said "The Kirby will never break!". Two weeks later the engine died, and their response was "Would you like to buy a new one?"!
They said that because the machine malfunction was due to negligence that it wouldn't be covered! Negligence, I used it to vacuum my floors!

They outright lie! They keep calling their manager (asking for the "contest desk") and dropping the price until you buy. $1,295 flushed down the toilet!:- (
