Ripoff deception

Flat Hoses are a total rip-off.

Ordered two Flat Hoses on May seventh from YouCanSave.com.
I was promised that they would be shipped within 5-7 business days.

The conformation e-mail was received shortly afterward with the same information I read when I filled out the order, except they didn't say that their sales are final at their web-site.

After business hours I received an e-mail from them to inform me that and I quote: "Thank you for your recent purchase at YouCanSave.com. We wanted to remind you that your order is currently on a very short back order list. We expect the item to be shipped within one or two weeks.
Should you have any questions please send me an e-mail."

Immediately I responded to the e-mail: "Where was I told when I filled out the order that there was a backorder delay? Have you taken the money out of my account already?"

They never responded to my questions at all.

The next day I found out that the money was transferred to them.

On May 20th I send another e-mail to find out what the hold up was and never got an answer.

Finally I called the 1-800 number on the 29th of May and was told that they will get the hoses shipped that week.
On the 8th of June I called again to remind them that an order that has been paid for would be in default after 30 days.

Finally on the 13th of June I received an e-mail that the hoses are in transit by UPS and that I should receive them on the 18th of June.

June 18th came and went and no hoses. I called UPS and they told me that they hadn't received the hoses to be shipped until June 19th and they will be delivered
by Monday the 24th.

Finally the hoses arrived after 7 weeks and when I opened the package the hoses were on a flimsy wheel and not in a housing as was shown at the site. Connecting the coupling to the faucet didn't work properly since the winding
must not be standard and it kept leaking.instead of 50 feet the hoses are only 45 feet long. I thought I could live with that, but after four uses one hose sprung
a leak about 4 inches long and water sprays out like a fountain.

I will never buy anything from YouCanSave.com again or something that is shown on TV. Everything was a deception from the beginning to the end. It hurts that I was that gullible and had to pay for a lesson.
