Took my money and have not received my full refund as promised

I ordered a loveseat and sofa on October 29 at American Freight of Ohio-Buffalo. It was to be delivered December 5 because it was not in stock. I took off that day from work and waited for the delivery. When I called in the afternoon, I was told that their computers were down and they could not look up anything for deliveries. I was mad I had lost a whole days pay but things happen so I was told to call back. I did twice and they took my name and phone number I called the next Friday to make sure that my furniture would be delivered that Saturday.

We had thrown out the furniture in our living room so I was left with the Christmas tree, a table and a lawn chair to watch tv. I was told by the gentleman who answered the phone that the computers had "just come back up". When he looked up my information, he told me to hang on and proceeded to ask me to call back the next morning. I did and spoke to Jason, the manager. I was told that the furniture had been discontinued. Now, that annoyed me. They had one and a half months to notify me of this and did not. Plus they kept playing their tv ads for same day delivery which my husband kept turning up the volume every time it came on to annoy me.

Jason said I could come in and pick out something else or get a full refund. I called him back later that day and told him I would be in that Sunday for my full refund. He agreed. I did go into and talked to Jason. He was polite about the whole thing but I was still anoyed that it was Christmas, I had guests coming and I had no furniture. He told me the check would be cut from corporate in Ohio and should take about 2-3 weeks for the check to get to me. My daughter was witness to this conversation.

Well, here it is 19 days later and they still have $650 of my hard earned money. I have bills to pay too. I used to tell people how good this place was-no more. They lost a customer. I just want my money back and to get on. P.S. I went to another furniture store that day and got a great deal on stuff so I actually had furniture for my Christmas company
