Customer service should not include screaming at you on the phone. Should it?

As all the stories are being told, mine is on the same track. Code violation and the leak they don't seem to want to fix.

The best part of the 12 month experence was in the 7th month when nothing had been done in 3 months and my son wanted to swim. I called and had the most shocking experence with Arthur. Listening to him lie on and on about the pool building proceedure I tried to break into his role of lies and I said "listen Buddy". That is where he went off screaming "I am not your F& Buddy. Don't f& call me Buddy who the F - do you think you are" etc etc. He screamed at me for 3 to 5 minutes.

I tried to calm down the situation keeping my mouth shut, afraid if I incouraged him I would never get my pool finished. When I was able to get off the phone I called my sales rep (Stuart) who said he would go to the office and check out what had happened.

He calls me back and say's "well there 's two sides to eevery story". That was where I determined that I was pretty much screwed.

Now The pool has a leak, the town has code violations and they don't return my phone calls.
And they did not start the final phase until I paid them there balance due.
