There are so many reasons not to hire Bryan Goerger, but it is hard to tell him — Goerger does not return phone calls, e-mails, faxes, US mail or letters taped to his home and avoids all personal visits and scheduled meetings. Bryan (Brian) Goerger really doesn't know how to manage or build a home.
After taking draws he did not pay material suppliers and subcontractors, causing nine liens to be placed against my property. Workmanship was bad — his sub-contractors were shoddy.
Almost everything Bryan Goerger (Blue Sky Homes, Castle Concrete Homes...) or his subcontractors did was wrong and had to be replaced — new shingles, siding, doors, plumbing leaked, plumbing incorrectly vented, interior steps built out of code, structural component errors, inadequete HVAC system (undersized and improperly installed) concrete flatwork wrong, railing errors, ceramic tile problems, floor heat problems, cabinetry mistakes, granite countertop mistakes, fireplace not built to plan, wrong paint, walls poorly finished, subfloor under carpet not flat. Many doors don't close properly, one door won't stay shut, trim looks bad.
My family lived in a hotel for 131 nights before we could move into our unfinished home.
Call / visit me before you hire him and get taken — Towne Lakes sales office knows me - Albertville, Minnesota.
