Complaint Description:
We employed Pete to do paint our back deck and front porch. He quoted us 3 days, $300/Day, plus $100/day for extra helper, plus $156 for materials. I have a PDF of the quote available.
After day one he demanded we pay him immediately for work done. So we paid him what he asked $555.47. I have PDF of sales receipt available. HE HAS NEVER BEEN BACK SINCE!!! (We started in May) I've had probably some 15 phone conversations with him (when he takes my calls) and all of them he apologises profusely and ackwnoledges he is 'Jerking us around' and promised to be over the very next day... And surprise, surprise... Still nothing.
I've finally called him and demanded my money back and guess what... STILL NOTHING! Not even a call back. Please see the JPG images of the state that our front and back deck have been in since May. It is untouched... Just the way he left it for us. Note: The white is primer. He did NOT sand the decks, just scraped them. Note the pealing of the primer after the seasons. (Note: JPG's are available for perusal if needed)
