I have purchased all of my furniture from The Room Source and have had nothing but trouble with it.in peticular my bedroom set. I bought it and have nothing but problems with the bed. It squeaks so bad nothing can go on in it, on it, or even around it.
It has just completly fallen apart. The actual Room Source in my town will do nothing about it. Sent me to there home office in Sacramento. They also wont do anything about it. They came out once and determined it was bad, fixed it, within a month it was doing it again. Now they want us to pay them to come out to look at it again. A bunch of BS. They suck, I am going to try to get to the owner which they say is impossible. The sales lady who I bought everything from told us customers have actually picketed over this stuff, maybe that is my next step.
Do not buy furniture from this company. I promise you will regret the service and even more your purchase.
