On the 15th August I bought bedroom furniture from NC Furniture Direct, it states 4 to 12 weeks delivery, it has now been over a year.
I live in UK and I spent 2 hours on my phone to NCF I was passed to 4 different departments but to no avail they say they will phone back but they never do. I still phone them but it is a waste of time, they are just rude people.
At one stage they said they had "lost" my furniture.
How can you loose a bed that is 7ft wide, a mattres, a dressing table a mirror and two night stands? This furniture was for my house in Florida.
Why is this firm still allowed to advertise on the web?
They have no e-mail link, they are taking money by deception as by reading your web site I am not the only person they have deceived, I am in the prosses of trying to find an attorney in North Carolina so I can sue for not only my money reimbursed but the interest that they have accrued on my behalf.
My last words are they just would not get away with this in UK,
They are Rip-Off Merchants
