I ordered a pressure washer on 20 June (model number PJ2703A7-P) for $599.99 plus a deluxe upgrade "B" option for an additioal $269.95. On July 28th the unit was delivered to my home.
Upon examination of the unit I discover the unit did not have the CAT pressure pump that was advertised with the upgrade "B" option. What I got was the upgrade "A" option, (GENERAL PUMP). The price difference is $100.00 between the two.
I contacted the company on 31 July to inform them of the problem. I was told I would have the correct pump sent to me in 10 days. After getting off the phone did I realize they never asked for my name or address. I contacted the company again on 3 August to make sure they had my name and address to send the "CAT" pump to me. I was again told it would be delivered in 10 days.
After waiting 20 days with no delivery I tried to contact the company again. The message on the phone stated that they would be closed 23&24 August. I tried to contact them again on 25 August, Same message. I tried to contact them on 28 August and the message stated thier message mail box was full.
