This is very alarming. I attempted to purchase duvet. I filled in address and credit card info including the 3 digit number on the back of the credit card. Then when I attempted to order, it gobbled up info but would not allow an order. I called their phone number 1-866-344-3696. They give you 4 options 1) customer service 2) Sales 3) Operations 4) Company Directory. The first 3 ask for you to leave a message. The 4th one just disconnects. I have left messages both by e-mail and by phone on all 3 options, but have not heard back from either. I am very concerned that they now have my personal information and credit card #, and will attempt to fraudgently use it.
