I ordered the Derek Platform bed for $339.00 (no shipping charge, I should have known) from Affordable-beds.com's website last Thursday (8/10/06) and on this site it states that w/in 4days at the latest a tracking number should have been emailed to me in regards to my order.
I have recieved no, tracking number and have emailed several customer comments to this "company" and only recieve an automated system email in return that tells me some one will get back to me ASAP! I have called several times and left several messages even though they only have on contact number they have two very sketchy answering message recordings, which is all I ever recieve. Still no one has contacted me in reference to this.
I have also tried to fax a customer complaint but my fax was denied b/c it resulted in a no fax answer. I would really appreciate some getting back to me ASAP! Its been FIVE DAYS they have my credit card number and information and I have no answer!
