1/21 I open a layaway with sweepstakes clearing house for a bedroom / dinette set. Some-how they confused my order with my sister's who had ordered things from them in the past. It took two months for them to rectify this situation. Afterward I sent money to them for my bedroom and dinette set; their customer service rep. Kept insisting i didn't order a dinette set only a bedroom set.
After talking to the manager i found they had put the dinette set back in my sister's name. So i cancelled it and kept the bedroom set to alleviate confusion. Once that was settled they claimed to have never recieved a payment from me. I sent more money and had the money orders traced that i sent them. The money orders came back cashed by their company. They claimed the trace from the currency exchange was not valid.
I knew it was valid it had all their bank information on the tracer... After several dozen attempts to resolve this issue i asked for my money back. They refuse to give me my $300.00 back.
