Ripoff fraudulent charging and changing terms of contracts without the necessary legal notification

Personal Homefinders is a lettings agency which makes charges which are abnormal for such agencies in a university town.

It makes charges whixh have not been notified to the tenants but which they have to pay if they do not wish to find themselves homeless. There have been many complaints about the fraudulent withholding of repayable deposits for unnecessary services which have probably not been carried out.

They are not members of the umbrella organisatiom to which, if they were reputable it would be in their interests to belong.

Tenants under their agency are made to feel harassed and not able to have the quiet enjoyment of their property (which is the law) for which they are already paying high rents.

We are alread making a complaint to Southampton University in order to have the agency removed from the list of agencies given to students and visiting lecturers.
