Whipple charged me $1300 for a sprinkler repair because they said it would be very difficult. They were finished in two hours.
The "repair" failed.
Whipple sent a second plumber to "fix" the repair.
The fix also failed.
Whipple set two appointments to repair the fixes. We lost time from work to meet their plumber and they did not show up for either appointment. When the company was asked why they didn't show up we were told that I had told them not to come. That was a lie.
A third appointment was made, time taken from work, the appointment time expired and we are still waiting for the plumber to show.
