I should have read the warning on the web site before I call Buyowner 2 weeks ago. It happened exactly like what the complain said. Buyowner rep came in took pictures with the Amateur experience. She came up with $5000 for $135000 home, I was in shocked, I talk to my husband that we better hire the real agent, it about the same price, so she came down $2000 with those picture and she will throw how many virtual picture in there. We got confused and let loose, we said okay. She almost left without giving me the Yard and Direction sign. First we put the sign up, in broke in pieces, we wait for a week, call back, it was not record in the computer that I request another sign.
On the web-site, contact name was wrong, phone Number was wrong and e-mail address was wrong. I call in to correct, it was still wrong. I call in again, it was modified but it's still wrong. I e-mail them about the problem, of course my mail was returned... [email protected]. Not to mention that the customer service is a non-service at all, they are so rude like you are bothering them.
I am so regret that I did the business with them. How can we get rid of this rip-off people? What would happen if we don't pay the installment? I have 4 months left at $612 a piece.
