Do not purchase from paddock pools as they do not care about you the customer nor do they care about the completion of your pool in a timely manner. Sub-contractors are utilized at paddock and they seem to work if they feel like it and mr. Ghiz, president & andy, supervisor of construction appear to let them make their own scheudle. I was told we would be swimming by may 31st for the holiday... I was told we would be swimming by july 4th. It is now mid-july and guess what? We are not swimming... Paddock does not and will not return phone calls, does not stand by their work and makes false promises about completion time. Our entire sprinkler system (front& back) was destroyed by incompetent workers.
Did not pass inspection last week because we have a doggie door, no alarm on the arcadia door and the signs were not placed on the gates regarding water safety... Paddock just didn't care and therefore has given the impression they don't care if they ever complete this pool. I will tell everyone i know and then some never buy from paddock pools... Learned the hardway... I only asked that they make this right and to no avail. I've left 2 messages in the last week for mr. Ghiz and no return call to date...
