I worked for Bob Bobola doing roofing jobs. On several occasions I witnessed Bob doing jobs incorrectly just to get them done. Because of 2 work sites getting damaged due to his incompetence, his company was never paid for the work and because of this he claimed he couldn't pay his employees. I have missed my rent and spent hours trying to get a hold of him because I found out that he is still doing roofing and just decided he didn't want to pay me. I understand if you don't have money but this man has a 3 story house worth at least $500,000 and 4 new cars/trucks so he has just personally decided to not pay us, it has nothing to do w / him not having the ability to pay us. I do believe his crew is all new too which leads me to believe that he hasn't paid anyone from the original crew.
On top of that, I know that this man is still doing the roofs incorrectly by cutting corners w/out the home owners knowledge. He also threatened a home owner w / physical violence when the homeowner refused to pay him due to damages their home incurred. I will be filing suit but I wanted to warn other home owners that if this guy has or if you are considering him to do your roof/siding, you are better off going somewhere else. He is violent, incompetent, and just unfair to the home owners and his employees.
