Ripoff fraudulent billing no response email phone cut-offs 20 times

I ordered the Stormvac from a TV commercial. Upon receiving my debit card statement I was billed $275 for something that was supposed to cost $117. I cannot get a reply from anyone at this company. I phone the number and wait for over an hour and then I get cut off. I have sent twenty emails to their email address with no response.

I am so upset I cannot tell you. My husband died a few months ago, and this has ruined my meger bank account, causing undue hardship and unbelievable stress. I will not give up until I have exhauste all avenues. Thank you for any help you can give me.
