I cancelled my service with Zap Termite and Pest Control because I sold my house in April and moved out of the property in May. A final statement was sent in June and paid in July. I have sent Barbara, the billing manager a copy of their billing statment and my bank statement that shows this was paid in full. She confirmed the account was paid in full, however she refuses to send me a letter to clear this and to clear my credit report with the three major credit bureaus, causing poor credit rating and I am suffering damages because they refuse to clear this in a timely fashion. I have been placing phone calls on a weekly basis, as well as I have sent all this documentation to their collection agency who also refuses to send me a letter of release in order to clear my credit report.
