I ordered a prefab home from them. Jim said the home would be in and on my lot in September. I gave notice to my apartment manager&4 times because the house wasn't ready. Finally in December I was absolutely promised it would be done by Dec 31 so I called the movers. I arranged with movers, had to delay one week, house not ready. Finally had to move out, movers came and put possessions in storage. THIRTY days later the house was ready to move into. Cost me $500 in storage charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Two neighbors also just got homes from Horkheimers and also had endless problems and broken promises. Salesman Jim will tell you anything and then say he didn't say it.
