When the thermostat on my top of the line Bradford White solar water heater failed in a year, and they refused to honor the warranty, I first thought of it as a business rip-off. But, since Bradford White has refused to accept any responsibility whatsoever for the defective part, I have begun to think of the problem as lousy quality products.
With that in mind, I would like to suggest that everyone who really likes cold showers should consider buying a Bradford White product. You won't be sorry.
