I ordered Windstorm vacuums in January. Five days later I cancelled the order and received a cancellation nbr. After returning from vacation on March 1, a box containing the vacuums were by outside by our door. I immediately called the company. They said they did not have a cancellation number. I gave it to them. They said someone would call me to arrange pickup of the vacuums and payments would be stopped. I was charged the first payment on February 9. I have since been invoiced for 2 more payments, both in March, of the 4 payments. Continuous emails and phone calls have been fruitless. I have notified the Federal Trade Commission and disputed charges at my bank.
