Our pool was to be our end of the day get away, our family retreat.instead it has become a 3 year up hill battle with no hope to a justifyible end. The pool is supposed to be 40x20 foot free form pool with divingboard beach entrance with fountain, jacuzzi with fountain, rock waterfall, fiberoptic lighting behind rocks and around entire pool, steps, and jacuzzi, all changing color with pool lights and a huge screened enclosure.
What I got was a pool 6 inches too high, a diving board that had to be removed because it was 2 feet away from a step out, an 8 inch step into the shallow end instead of a beach entrance, pool slab with half of a dozen cracks poured 3 inches above the bottom of our equipment room door which renders that door unusable, a gutter that overflows in the middle, and a house that floods anytime it rains harder than an april shower.
The list goes on but you get the point. The best response I have recieved from them is we will refund you 9000.00 dollars and you are on your own! I will take this to the bitter end!
