I ordered my carport from my friendly local salesman on 2/10/06. He was a nice guy and came out promptly. That is the only good thing I can say. From there the marathon started. First they called and said they would deliver on a March Saturday evening. I explained that I worked weekends and that was not possible. I was told they would call back.
They didn't call so a few weeks later I called. First it was - we'll be there 4/6 or 4/7. I called to verify only to be told, no next week, on the 14th. I waited most of that day, no carport. They had a flat supposedly. Of course the only way I am finding this out is by continuous calls to the home office. Now it'll be here the 21st. No surprise, at least they called me this time - no, we can't make it, we're having installer trouble.
At this point I have rearranged my personal schedule no less than 3 times. I finally agree to give them one more week, on the condition that they will be there first thing the morning of April 27th. I call at 11 A.M. And am told - the installer will call you, they will get there today. Needless to say I never heard from the installer. 2:10 I call back because it doesn't take much to figure out there is no way they are going to get there that day. I remind her that the agreement was "first thing this morning", pursuant to such - I cancel the order. I wasted almost 3 months with this company and still have no carport!
